Affordable Beipu devices in Greece (1.0 ohm mesh) (v2)
Beipu devices advice for Greece, covering licensing, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
The gap between a mid-range and a premium beipu devices narrows once you know which components you actually use. The Cobalt Blue finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.
Budget matters in Greece, but with beipu devices the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. The 3.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 90, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Greece, availability of the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The wide bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
We would pair the Suorin Air Plus with a 70:30 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.
Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Micro-USB takes about 27 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation.
The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 70:30 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Greece shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current EUR rates rather than a fixed list price. Comparing this against a 70:30 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Mango Tango Ice: sweet, tropical, described as ripe mango warmed by a light menthol coolness. On a 70:30 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Greece
Availability in Greece is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and EUR rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
